àpropos® footwear accommodate all types of foot shapes, from narrow (AA) through wide C widths, and even D widths with our assistance. Our Ballet Skimmer cross-strap style has been our more popular model: our two ¼ inch straps adjust to the foot as you walk, and it can easily be dressed up or down. Our Original solid 1-1/2 inch center-band style offers a more tailored look.

Our shoes run true-to-size; we recommend that you order your sneaker size, or the size corresponding to the largest shoe-size in your closet even if this is not your most popular size.

Ballet Skimmer Style: This style conforms to all foot shapes. Straps adjust to your foot as you walk, securing the shoe to your heel for a tight fit.

Original Style:   Our pattern ensures a comfortable all-round fit, however this style is not recommended for narrow feet, or feet with narrow heels.

Sand-elles Open Toe Style:   Our all-around strap system comfortably fits below the ankle bone and fits all types of foot shapes. Please indicate if you have a wide forefoot.

Either style:   There should be a thumbnail of space remaining in the toe. If your feet are D width or you have bunions, you may order ½-size larger for optimal fit. For hammer toes, please request a high-toe box construction. Our shoes do not accommodate E width feet.
